The December Sip the Tea Show will be on Saturday the 16th at 10 AM Pacific/11 AM Mountain/Noon Central/ 1 PM Eastern.

I am thoroughly delighted to announce my December “Sip the Tea” guest author, David R Slayton! Mr Slayton is the author of the marvelous Adam Binder Series, an urban fantasy trilogy set in the contemporary era. Whilst these books have some heavy moments, overall, I found them so deeply engrossing and such a beautiful journey towards found family and happiness for our protagonist. I am, of course, thrilled to chat about these books but also to discuss inspiration, art, craft, research, and all of the things that feed our spirits when we decide to make art. We shall also talk a little bit about his newest book, Dark Moon, Shallow Sea, but I hope to avoid spoilers!

I intended from the start that this would be an opportunity for us to talk about art with artists we admire whether or not they create Steampunk art. Of course, I do intend to invite many a steampunk artist in future months as well, but I am delighted to have recommendations for artists you might like for me to invite. I can never promise they will be available but I am happy to look into having them as guests!
