This year’s Temporal Textual Talks book club finished on quite the high note with the delightful Sorcery and Cecelia or the Enchanted Chocolate Pot by Patricia C Wrede and Caroline Stevermer. We had such a convivial conversation and Madame Stevermer was an absolutely marvelous guest!

We had a fantastic year of books in 2024 and I am excited for what Bill and I have plotted out for 2025. In most cases, these books are available as digital books, but Bill and I encourage everyone to support local libraries and independent book sellers.

Oct 19th —Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw 

Nov 16th — Etiquette and Espionage by Gail Carriger

Dec — no book club

This is also my chance to remind you that you never need to finish the book to join us for book club; however, be warned that there are occasionally spoilers. For those of you who haven’t joined us in the past for book club, you never need to turn on your camera in our virtual tea parlour or even your microphone. There are no tests and no book reports do; we are simply a charming gaggle of avid readers who are very excited to discuss books with friends.
