The Tea Tzar is not only a stalwart member of the Temporal Entourage, but he is also an incredible convention organizer, tea room magic maker, and card carrying member of LAMWUF. If you have been to a steampunk convention East of the Mississippi, chances are you have enjoyed a cuppa in his enchanting tea room. The Tea Tzar is not only a champion for a good cuppa for everyone, but he is also a denizen of the Asgardians Community and part of their greater mythos and creative world building.
