I am thrilled to welcome T. Kingfisher as my special guest this month! I’ve invited her to come Sip the Tea with me on August 9th, at 10 AM Pacific (Seattle/Tucson) — 1 PM Eastern (Montreal/Atlanta).

Kingfisher is not only a prolific author, but also a marvelous wit! I had the pleasure to meet her at Tucson Festival of Books earlier this year, and I struggled not to spend the entire panel laughing rather than doing my job as a moderator. With decades of experience as an author and illustrator, Kingfisher is brimming with insights about building and sustaining a career in the arts. She’s also, by all accounts, an excellent turtle wrangler. 

Since reading her book, The Clockwork Boys, for our July Book Chat, and we’ve had a wonderful, on-going discussion about her writing in our Discord CommuniTea.
