Madame Askew and The Grand Arbiter

November has turned into a month of chaos here at the Workshop of Dooooom. Despite my own chaotic tendencies, I do endeavour to keep us on a regular schedule most of the time. However, there is something about having a convention at the beginning of the month and a massive holiday weekend at the end of the month that really throws everything to sixes and sevens. (And of course, there is that little bit about the absolute madness of losing and then recovering the Dragon bodice.)

Whilst I am canceling tonight’s Twitch and Stitch so that I may continue to attempt, in some small way, to bring order back to the Workshop and my sewing plots, we do return to our regular schedule this Friday with our special guest, the Airship Ambassador. Prepare yourselves for fulsome discussions of holiday treats. Friday Tea starts at 6:30 PM Pacific (Seattle) and streams live on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.

Crafternoon retruns to the CommuniTea Discord this Saturday at a slightly adjusted time. I’ve moved up our usual adventure to 2PM Pacific, an hour earlier. I thought we would try this slightly earlier time to see if it works better for more of you. Crafternoon is an extremely casual social gathering in the Tea Lounge voice channel on Discord.

Sunday, we shall take another go at our Patreon exclusive Underpinnings Autumn sewing social. We’re focusing on the lobster tail bustle cage this week. If all goes well, I expect to cover bias channels and basic construction.
